Nathan J. Twining, CFP®

Nathan is a wealth advisor and part of the Principal Team at Financial Plan where he also serves as Chief Technology Officer. His extensive analytical and technical acumen aid in crafting thorough plans that help his clients stay the course and build wealth over the long term. Nathan strives to always communicate in a simple and straightforward manner and has made a personal hobby of distilling complex plans into concise objectives.

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Carroll College in Helena, MT, Nathan worked as a Civil Engineer for five years before launching his finance career with Financial Plan. He quickly earned his CFP® marks and became a partner in 2015. Bringing objectivity, trust, and honesty to the finance industry continues to motivate him every day.

Most of Nathan’s time outside of work is spent with his wife and three daughters. You can generally find him golfing, reading, mountain biking or behind the drum kit. He is also a member of Rotary International’s Rotary Club of Bellingham.
