W. Devin Wolf, CFP®

Devin is a Principal and CIO (Chief Investment Officer) at Financial Plan.

Prior to his career in finance, Devin worked as a Civil Engineer helping communities identify, plan, fund, and complete essential projects. He holds degrees in Civil Engineering and Business and maintains his credentials as a P.E. (Professional Engineer) and PMP (Project Management Professional).

A highly analytical planner and self-proclaimed “finance nerd”, Devin excels in the nuances and details of highly complex financial planning. He works tirelessly to ensure that each plan he manages is optimized and working at the highest level. His deep expertise in tax planning has led to a specialty working with taxable estates as well as helping business owners and CEOs navigate the complexities of business finance.

Devin is committed to helping his clients achieve their long-term financial goals and improving the local community. He is active on many boards and councils including serving on the board of directors at the Bellingham Golf and Country Club, The Whatcom Community Foundation, and the Bellingham Warriors Youth Lacrosse program. He coaches lacrosse and wrestling and loves being active outdoors (mountain biking, wake surfing, hunting, and golfing) especially when he’s able to bring one of his kids or dogs along.

Devin and his wife, Stephanie, love seeking out new adventures with their three children, especially if it involves travel, extreme sports, or physical activities outside.
