About Courtney

Courtney’s favorite part of working in reception is getting to know the people who come in and helping create a warm and welcoming office environment. A naturally caring and helpful person, Courtney has worked in reception and office management in a variety of medical and spa settings and is excited to now work alongside family at Financial Plan. She joined the team in 2025 and works together with Karen as a first and friendly point of contact when you enter our doors.

Courtney grew up in Santa Clarita, California where she worked for many years as a professional esthetician and makeup artist on movie sets. This is where she met her now husband, Matthew, and the two eventually moved to Bellingham following the birth of their first son.

Courtney and Matthew have three sons, a dog named Tilly, and cat named Joiee, so any “free time” she might find herself with is spent driving to and from various sports and activities and generally being “mom”. She also enjoys reading and going for hikes.
