commentary

The buying of rental real estate or start up of a business is not something to be taken lightly.  Most businesses are not profitable in the first year, and there is considerable risk involved with almost any venture.  The most common cause of failure is undercapitalization;  so it is not advisable to attempt to begin a business on a shoestring.  At times, the selling of a business or real property is necessary to fund a successful retirement.
