commentary
As wealth managers, we advise clients regarding the desirability of purchases using cash versus financing. When acquiring a loan is beneficial, we work with lenders to secure the most advantageous terms possible. We work with both banks and mortgage brokers, and with reverse mortgage lenders when that strategy is appropriate. We offer margin on our non qualified accounts, the purpose of which is not leverage, but rather as overdraft protection.
